Craft Workshops - let your creativity shine in our joyful, colourful workshops.
In this workshop we will be painting and decorating seashells, and creating a colourful beach themed work of art for your home. You will be provided with step by step instructions, lots of ideas to get your creativity flowing and of course, all of the materials you will need. All you need to bring is yourself (and maybe a coffee)! Our workshops are suitable for beginners - we believe every one has a creative streak!
When: Thursday November 12th 10am-12.30pm
Where: The Collective Store, 104 Bay Tce, Wynnum, Qld 4178
Parking: You might be lucky to nab a customer park behind the store, or there are plenty of spaces available on the street. It is also a short walk from Wynnum Central Train Station.
Each class has 6 spaces. The classes are for adults only, thank you.
Cancellation policy: we ask that if you need to reschedule to another one of our sessions - you let us know at least 24 hours before our class. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for no shows or change of mind.

Returns
We will gladly accept returns purchased from our online store within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide you with a online store credit voucher to the value of your original purchase (less postage) or happily exchange the item for another. The product/s must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed, worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings, hats and footwear will not be accepted for returns (unless they are faulty).
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items or custom orders unless the product is faulty.
If you are wanting your product exchanged for another, you must also include a pre-paid post satchel with your returned item so that we can send your exchange back to you.
Our Store Credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. After the expiration date we reserve the right to deem any unused credit values null and void. Please ensure that the returned goods are received by us within the appropriate time frame either via express post or courier as we reserve the right to refuse any items that are either not returned within the specified time or have not been authorized as a return item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for return of faulty goods.
We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Faulty Items
The products we stock are of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item which was purchased from our online store with a defect or if you feel your item is faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault and will need the name used to purchase the product. If we deem the product as faulty, we will give you a solution to repair, refund or exchange the product if it is within 3 months of purchase.
If a refund is agreed upon, you will be refunded the cost you paid for the product minus any discounts and shipping fees. You will be refunded the same way you paid.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on sale items.
